EXAMPLE PREPARATION -  BEEF MINCE & PUMPKIN MELTS

1. Place mince in a bowl and mix in a little oil.
2. Heat a large fry pan until moderately hot and then crumble in the mince.
3. Brown the mince, breaking up any lumps with a fork.
4. Stir in the tomato pasta sauce. 
5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer the beef mixture for 15-20 minutes.
6. While beef mixture is cooking, cook the pumpkin pieces until just tender.
7. Stir the cooked pumpkin through the beef mixture, spoon into small ovenproof bowls and sprinkle with the cheese.
8. Preheat grill to hot and place bowls under the grill to melt the cheese.

Storage:
Can be frozen for up to 3 months at -18°C or less.
