Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shinn Grocer. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Here are some guidelines upon receiving goods:-
- Please check the accuracy of your order upon receiving goods.
- If the quantity of delivered items is inadequate, difference from your purchase or wrong items delivered, kindly reach out our team immediately and we'll help work through a solution.
- If there is any damaged or defective condition, please notify us and provide photos as evidence for our inspection.

Within JB Area (Own Truck Arrangement)
- We will accept return of purchase after inspection is done.
- Return, replacement or exchange for your purchase within Johor Bahru areas can only be done within 7 working days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging (in good condition) together with the original invoice(s), original tags and labels (if any) that come with it.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the acceptance / rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is accepted, we will initiate a credit refund to your Shinn Grocer credit account. Normally you will receive the refund credit within 3 working days.
Outside JB Areas (Third Party Logistics)
- We do not provide Purchase Return service due to the long distance and shipping cost as most of the items are perishable products and it is required for temperature control.
- Once we receive your request, we will proceed for investigation first and we will notify you on the acceptance / rejection of your refund after investigating the issue.
- If your request is approved, we will initiate a credit refund to your Shinn Grocer credit accoun. Normally you will receive the refund credit within 3 working days.
