  1. (After defrost) Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper (optional) and arrange the fish.
  3. Combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
  4. Place the halibut fillets in the baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  5. Brush with the spice mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until opaque.
  7. Serve with a side dish of your choice.

Keep in mind: That previously frozen Halibut fillets tend to cook faster.

Frozen -18 degrees. For best quality, consume within 3 months.
