Preperation:
1. Boil 7 litre of water with 80g of salt. Remove from heat.
2. Add 3 litre of cold water or milk.
3. Add 2kg of Mamee Chef Instant Mashed Potato Flakes ang stir briskly.
4. After 2-3 minutes, stir briefly again until smooth.
Storage:
Close pack tightly and store in cool and dry place.
