Deep Frying (Recommended)
This method yields the crispiest results, typical of "Kaki Fry" style dishes. 
  • Preheat oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 180°C (350°F).
  • Fry: Carefully place the frozen oysters into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  • Duration: Cook for 3–5 minutes until the breading is golden brown and the exterior is crispy.
  • Drain: Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
Air Frying
For a cleaner, less oily preparation, use an air fryer. 
  • Preheat: Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Arrange: Place the frozen oysters in a single layer in the basket. For better crispiness, lightly spray or drizzle them with a small amount of oil.
  • Duration: Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping the oysters halfway through the cooking time.
  • Check: Ensure they are golden and crispy; if needed, add 2–3 more minutes for extra crunch.
Oven Baking
  • Preheat: Set your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Arrange: Place the frozen oysters on a baking rack or tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Duration: Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  • Turn: Flip the oysters halfway through the baking process to ensure even browning on both sides.
